The company was born from a desire to transform the construction industry through high standards of quality and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, making a positive impact on every project and community we engage with.Duties and Responsibilities:We are looking for a Claims Administrator who thrives on the phone and isn’t afraid to take initiative. This role is primarily focused on outbound calling, speaking with homeowners and insurance companies to gather or relay information related to claims. If you have experience in collections, call centers, or high-pressure sales, and can handle a fast-paced environment with confidence and professionalism, we want to hear from you.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to homeowners and insurance representatives
  • Follow scripts and procedures to guide conversations and collect necessary details
  • Document call outcomes and relevant notes in internal systems
  • Maintain professionalism and control during all interactions
  • Assist with basic claim updates and coordination as needed
  • Meet daily and weekly call performance targets
Minimum Requirements:Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills (accents are totally fine as long as they speak clearly and can be easily understood.)Experience: 3+ years of related experience
  • Prior experience in collections, debt recovery, or homeowner-focused outreach via phone call
  • Strong communication skills with clear English (accents welcome if easily understood)
  • Comfortable with high-volume call environments
  • Bold, confident personality – must be comfortable owning conversations
  • Able to work with call-tracking expectations
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
  • Reliable internet connection and good phone etiquette
