- Liaison with respective media agencies in the international spectrum with a view to building the company's market position as thought leaders and experts.
- Co-ordination of press releases and articles internally with product heads and company spokespeople.
- Co-ordination of advertising opportunities
- Liaise with the necessary Santam Comms teams for the curation and strategic positioning of activities across platforms.
- Curate and provide content via the approapriate channels regarding the celebration of people milestones, awareness days, and company-led initiatives in line with organisational values.
- Coordinate logistics for international and local activations, from stakeholder forums and recognition events to training sessions and internal experiences.
- Manage end-to-end event support via the Santam Events Team to include venue sourcing, catering, vendor coordination, registration, and on-the-day execution.
- Maintain and update stakeholder invitation lists, databases, and attendance records across regions.
- Being present at marketing events in order to manage and oversee event as well as reviews to adapt future events.
- Co-ordination of registration process at events where necessary
- Managing CPD accreditation process with the Financial Planning Institute.
- Coordinate the development, localisation, and distribution of materials used for stakeholder engagement, presentations, and training.
- Maintain a central repository of high-quality, approved content and assets to support internal and external engagements.
- Support content briefing and light production of videos, decks, and communications toolkits where relevant.
- Coordinate the sourcing and distribution of stakeholder-facing items such as welcome packs, relationship collateral, and branded materials in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure all materials are procured through approved providers and are aligned to agreed visual and operational standards
- Support the delivery of recognition and internal connection initiatives, including team experiences, awareness campaigns, and engagement activations.
- Oversee planning and execution of staff events (e.g., team days, cultural observances, year-end functions) in collaboration with internal teams and service providers.
- Facilitate staff involvement in organisational citizenship and culture-building initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Management
- 5-7 years of experience
