Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and conduct polygraph (integrity) tests to assess examinees for deceptive tendencies.
  • Formulate and ask relevant interview questions, ensuring a professional and thorough examination process.
  • Utilize specialized tools and techniques to monitor responses and analyze findings.
  • Document results, analyze data, and present clear reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all aspects of the role.
  • Collaborate with security, management, and local authorities in investigations, testifying and providing expert insights when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the American Polygraph Association (APA) standards and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to refine skills and stay updated on industry developments.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Polygraph Examiner from a recognized institution (e.g., APA).
  • Strong understanding of psychology and physiology, with the ability to assess deceptive tendencies accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-expert audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct at all times.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
