Duties and ResponsibilitiesBroader Marketing team:
- Conduct market research and gather competitor information.
- Maintain marketing supplier databases.
- Ensure Coronation playbooks are updated.
- Oversight of the marketing email account and ensure all prompt responses to all inquiries and requests.
- Provide administrative support for marketing, incl. but not limited to, meeting management, calendars, travel arrangements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the marketing team.
- Assist with projects and campaigns, ensuring delegated tasks are completed on time. Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and on-site support.
- Provide support to branding and collateral development.
- Source and procure branded promotional material for events and internal staff activations.
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marketing is required.
