Key Responsibilities
  • Handle guest bookings (online Platforms and direct)
  • Providing Check-in and check-out assistance
  • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance tasks daily
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to quires and complaints
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reports
  • Communicate to HO on maintenance issues
  • Manage basic filing, and payment follow-ups
  • Liaising with service providers (plumbers, electricians) etc
Requirements
  • Experience in hotel book-in software i.e. Hotellier, NightsBridge etc.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Fluency in Afrikaans as well as English
