This leadership role involves coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance, managing infrastructure such as HVAC systems, power supply, fire safety mechanisms, and supporting office fit-outs and relocations. Candidates should hold a National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ideally with added certification in facilities management or plumbing, and have 5 to 10 years of experience in a corporate or hospitality environment. A strong foundation in electrical systems is preferred.
