- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and sell IT hardware, software, solutions, and managed services.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Proven experience as an IT Sales Executive, Account Manager, or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services (hardware, software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong business acumen with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Office 365 Suite.
- Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (advantageous).
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
