This role is quite a specialised position within the SAP Finance System and the development there off. The ideal candidate needs to be highly competent in problem solving and solution finding. The configuration of the Business Services Systems must be improved, implemented, and maintained by the Senior Systems Administrator.
A thorough understanding of the company's strategy and direction, business procedures, and methods for applying global best practices to IT solutions across all application functional areas within the company group, as well as compliance with requests from the company's business units in accordance with corporate standards, are required for this position.
In order to improve product and service and standardize business procedures throughout the Group, the incumbent must recognize and seize opportunities as well as use information and technology.
Managing business staff output and deliverables, as well as comprehending the business requirements for the particular project work stream, are all part of the position's comprehensive work stream management responsibilities inside major Group projects.
In addition, the incumbent will support business management teams, end users at the business unit level, the IT Department, and members of the immediate functional team.Job Responsibilities/ KPAs:

- A clear and concise understanding of the company business environment (across all divisions) and strategic requirements is essential.
- Works independently or part of the Project Team, together with business users at all level to define project concept, objectives and approach
- Document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis.
- Attend project meetings and co-ordinate interaction and communication among IT and business personnel (including senior business management), identify and co-ordinate assignment of internal resources and external contractors to meet project requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years business experience within the specific functional business area and/or a minimum of 4 years detailed relevant application experience.
- SAP FI/CO Certification/ Qualification
- 5 years experience within SAP Finance system
- An advanced level of understanding of the complexity of sigma logs
- Business and/or system functional business knowledge
