- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US tech sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Generate leads, conduct outbound sales activity, and manage the full business development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in the US market.
- Accurately maintain records in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.
- Minimum 3 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within recruitment or tech industries.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, client-facing manner.
- A proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working USA business hours (EST/PST time zones).
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup (laptop, headset, etc.).
