  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US tech sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Generate leads, conduct outbound sales activity, and manage the full business development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity in the US market.
  • Accurately maintain records in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within recruitment or tech industries.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, client-facing manner.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working USA business hours (EST/PST time zones).
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup (laptop, headset, etc.).
