- Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of sheet metal production processes
- Proficiency with press shop machinery, powder coating, CNC and laser machinery
- Previous experience managing a large production team (100+ staff) and multiple foremen
- Ability to implement and enforce production planning, quality standards, and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and manage 3–4 foremen and a staff compliment of ±100 workers
- Oversee production scheduling to ensure deadlines and quality targets are met
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with senior management on capacity planning, cost control, and resource allocation
- Solve technical and operational challenges quickly and effectively
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products to meet client expectations
