- Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exposure to engineering, construction, or consulting industries is advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High energy and proactive work ethic
- A Diploma or qualification in accounting/bookkeeping
- At least 3 years in a finance/admin seat — no rookies
- Tech-savvy with strong Excel and systems confidence
- Fierce attention to detail (but fast-paced, not slow)
