Job Summary Job Purpose The Business Reporting Analyst will support the Finance team with data-driven insights by developing, managing, and automating financial and operational reports. The role is key to providing accurate and actionable intelligence to assist in decision-making across the business. Strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Excel is essential. Key Responsibilities Develop, automate, and maintain financial and business performance dashboards using Power BI Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to support financial reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis Build complex Excel models for financial and operational analysis, scenario planning, and budgeting Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations) to gather data requirements and reporting needs Provide actionable insights on key metrics (e.g., revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow) Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities using advanced data analytics Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting tools and data sources Support ad hoc analysis and special projects required by the finance team or executive leadership.
