Actuarial Analyst

• Conduct actuarial analyses independently and support more complex work under the guidance of Senior Actuaries.
• Assist with pricing new and renewal business, including the development of rating structures and profitability reviews.
• Provide technical support to underwriters on pricing decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Perform reserving and expense analysis to ensure pricing adequacy and alignment with business objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance teams to support business strategy.
• Progress towards actuarial qualification while building technical and industry expertise.

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years actuarial experience, ideally across multiple functions.
• Actively progressing with actuarial exams (local or international).
• Strong problem-solving ability and independence in managing tasks.
• Professional, resilient, and deadline-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS.
• Solid understanding of actuarial principles, insurance practices, and financial reporting.
• Strong communicator with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
