- Generate leads, meet sales targets, and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing after-sales support.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
- Matric (Grade 12) relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years experience in external sales.
- Experience in 4x4 vehicles and accessories industry is essential.
- Technical knowledge of suspension, mechanical, or technical drawings (advantageous).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Afrikaans).
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, Excel; Pastel experience an advantage).
- Valid drivers license (Code 08).
- Clear credit record and no criminal history.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results driven.
- Preferably based in East Rand.
- Market-related salary (depending on experience) with a company vehicle and fuel for business travel.
- December incentive bonus and annual profit share (based on performance).
- Standard office hours: Monday Friday, 07:30 to 16:30 (required to be onsite 20 minutes prior).
