Hybrid position in Johannesburg.Opportunity exists for Inventory and Partnership Manager to join high-end, luxury concern within the Travel and Tourism industry. Relevant experience in the luxury safari travel space is essential.Your primary role will be to strategically manage the company's bed inventory, system integrity and relationships with key partners in East African travel - both as a lodge operator and a boutique destination travel company. Key responsibilities will include inventory management, training and systems support, developing strong relationships with key partners, and travel planning support.Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in the luxury safari travel spaceDemonstrable knowledge of high-end East African accommodations and travel logisticsProficiency in reservation systems such as ResRequest, Tourplan, Hubspot, Safari portal, or similar reservations or travel planning systemsDemonstrable track record in partnership development, revenue optimization, and system managementDriven by reaching and beating the group’s revenue targetsDeep understanding of the industry’s distribution channels and ability to maximise thoseAbility to make tough but fair decisions
