How you'll roleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for clients, from understanding role requirements through to candidate placement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about matching the right talent with the right opportunities.What you'll do
  • Conduct initial client meetings to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Assist with job description creation and refinement.
  • Develop tailored application forms for candidates.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract candidates.
  • Support with shortlisting candidates according to client criteria.
  • Provide weekly recruitment summaries and progress updates to clients.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and provide structured feedback to clients.
  • Assist with scheduling and setting up second-round interviews.
  • Conduct professional reference checks.
  • Support with drafting and finalizing offer letters.
What you'll need
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate suitability.
  • Excellent communication (fluent in English), organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with various job boards, sourcing strategies, and online platforms.
  • High attention to detail and ability to provide accurate, timely client updates.
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexibility in working hours.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to use Google Suite.
