- Conduct initial client meetings to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
- Assist with job description creation and refinement.
- Develop tailored application forms for candidates.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract candidates.
- Support with shortlisting candidates according to client criteria.
- Provide weekly recruitment summaries and progress updates to clients.
- Conduct first-round interviews and provide structured feedback to clients.
- Assist with scheduling and setting up second-round interviews.
- Conduct professional reference checks.
- Support with drafting and finalizing offer letters.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication (fluent in English), organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with various job boards, sourcing strategies, and online platforms.
- High attention to detail and ability to provide accurate, timely client updates.
- Comfortable working remotely with flexibility in working hours.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to use Google Suite.
