You’re a strategic thinker, hands-on executor, and team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.What Will You DoDevelop and lead multi-channel paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTokPartner with the Performance Director to shape and execute strategyManage campaign performance, reporting, and budget trackingMentor and grow junior digital marketing team membersCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless deliveryDrive innovation through continuous testing, learning, and optimisationOversee processes and financial accuracy, including invoicing and reportingWhat Do You Need5+ years of digital marketing agency experienceProven track record in PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and Display campaignsStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and actionExperience leading complex, multi-market campaigns and teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to lead with confidence
