• Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.

• High school diploma/matric or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in a hospitality role, especially as a hostess or in guest services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
