The Logistics Intern supports the logistics and supply chain team in coordinating, tracking, and optimising the movement of goods and materials. This role offers hands-on experience in logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation planning while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and coordinating the transportation of goods.Support in tracking shipments and updating delivery schedules.Help maintain and update logistics and inventory databases.Assist in processing orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.Work with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.Help monitor stock levels and participate in inventory counts.Support in analysing logistics data to identify cost-saving or efficiency opportunities.Perform administrative tasks to assist the logistics department.RequirementsEducation: Currently studying towards or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: No prior work experience required; exposure to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is an advantage.Skills:Good organisational and time management abilities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel).Good communication and teamwork skills.Problem-solving mindset.Other:Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.Professional and proactive attitude.Ability to work shifts or overtime if required.Market related salaryThe post appeared first on .
