Lead Mechanical Engineer

• Lead the mechanical engineering design and execution of projects from concept through to completion.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables meet customer requirements and project OSBIT objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
• Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and problem-solving to support project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and company procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within the Mining, Oil & Gas, Mineral Processing, or Heavy Engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership and project execution skills.
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver on OSBIT principles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Professional registration or eligibility to register will be advantageous.
