Junior Site Agent

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc, BEng, or BTech) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2–3 years relevant experience in civil works (roads, earthworks, or concrete).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with project management software.

• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities and resources on the construction site.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the agreed timeframe.
• Deliver projects within approved financial constraints.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring compliance with project quality specifications.
• Oversee the performance of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and detailed site diaries/records are completed.

• Proven experience in the roadworks construction industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
