Job Summary Tempcor (PTY) LTD is a privately owned commercial refrigeration company specialising in solutions for butcheries, meat packing plants, bottle stores and similar businesses. We're looking for a professional, trustworthy Refrigeration Technician who works well with others and follows instructions reliably. The Role You will service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration equipment and ice machines. You'll work on client sites, support the team, keep accurate job records and help uphold Tempcor's reputation for dependable, high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine maintenance, fault finding and repairs on refrigeration systems and ice machines. Complete accurate job cards and record spares used on each visit. Keep tools, parts and vehicle in clean, safe, operational condition. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues. Take direction from senior staff and follow established procedures. Contribute positively to the team environment and assist where needed. Be willing to work overtime or be on standby when required. Minimum Requirements Trade qualification or post-matric certificate in Refrigeration (or equivalent practical experience). Proven hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration preferred. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Valid driver's license. Reliable, punctual and trustworthy - able to provide references.
