Job Description :Our client is seeking a Junior Accountant to join the Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth team· Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.· Perform reconciliations (bank, creditors, debtors, and general ledger).· Capture and process supplier invoices, payments, and receipts.· Assist with VAT, PAYE, and other SARS submissions.· Support the budgeting and forecasting process.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.· Assist auditors during annual audits by preparing supporting schedules and documentation.· Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.Requirements· Grade 12· Recently completed BCom Degree· Minimum 1 year experience· Strong knowledge of accounting principles.· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage, Xero, or similar).
