- Conduct welcome calls to introduce clients to the company’s products and services.
- Provide assistance with platform-related queries to ensure clients can use the systems effectively.
- Deliver training sessions on CFDs and FX to build client knowledge.
- Explain basic trading concepts in clear, accessible terms.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to support their ongoing engagement.
- Re-engage with dormant clients to encourage renewed activity.
- Stay up to date with global financial market trends and communicate them confidently to clients.
- Achieve agreed performance targets such as call volumes, talk time, and conversion rates.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Economics, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience working for a CFD/FX broker
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to take initiative.
- Team player, willing to assist, support, and learn from colleagues.
- Service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering the highest level of client support.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
