  • BCom Informatics or BSc Degree (essential).
  • Diploma in Business Analysis (preferred).
Knowledge and Experience
  • 6+ years as a Business Analyst.
  • Minimum 3 years in the investment industry.
  • At least 4 years’ IT experience with integrated solutions.
  • Strong understanding of APIs.
  • Agile methodology experience (preferred).
  • Proficient in SQL (essential).
  • Familiarity with IT workflow tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, etc.
RequirementsDuties & ResponsibilitiesKey Performance Areas
  • Analyze & Innovate: Investigate business needs, define system requirements, and propose creative solutions.
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Lead workshops to elicit and document business and system requirements.
  • Design Solutions: Create user journeys, user stories, process diagrams, data models, business rules, and mockups to translate requirements into implementable designs.
  • Align & Support: Ensure solutions align with business and system architecture while assisting technical designers to understand requirements.
  • Test & Validate: Support testing technical solutions, processes, and calculations, signing off on test cases for functional, non-functional, and integration testing.
  • Optimize Systems: Identify and resolve system constraints, propose sustainable solutions, and reduce errors.
  • Enable Training: Collaborate with trainers to develop clear process and training documentation.
  • Deliver Excellence: Provide consistent, high-quality service to internal and external clients, embodying The Client’s values.

  • Capable of creating low-fidelity UX mockups.
  • Basic knowledge of UML modeling.
  • Working experience with tools like Postman, SoapUI, MongoDB, and Swagger.
