Job Summary KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInventory1. Capture & maintain factory and inventory records
2. Utilize ERP system for administration
3. Utilize ERP for inventory management
4. Investigate & resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP system data5. Assist with quarterly stock counts
6. Process stock write offs and conduct related investigation/sData Administration1. Perform data analysis to support operational decisions
2. Compile Excel reports to track performance across departments
3. Collaborate with production & procurement teams on reporting and planning
4. Investigate Work In Progress (WIP) variancesBookkeeping1. Assist with basic bookkeeping & cost tracking
2. Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Processes and internal financial controlsREQUIREMENTS1. Tertiary qualification in Finance/Supply Chain/Operations/Manufacturing or Logistics
2. 5+ Years experience in a similiar role in Manufacturing or Supply Chain
3. Advanced MS Excel skills - Pivot Tables, VLookUp & Data Analysis
4. Good understanding of Supply Chain Operations
5. Strong attention to detail
