Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the hospitality industry? Our client, a well-established restaurant in Bloemfontein with a strong reputation for excellent service and quality food, is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience
Lead, train, and motivate the waitstaff and hosts to deliver top-tier service
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Manage reservations, seating plans, and peak-hour flow
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication

Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industryExcellent people skills and the ability to lead by exampleStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesA passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiencesFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSalary:

Negotiable up to R12 000 per month, depending on experience
