- Agriculture diploma/degree advantageous
- At least 5 years previous fruit pack house experience essential
- Computer literate
- Strong working knowledge of pack house computer systems relating to all systems
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, BRC, Global Gap, Export Audits AND Ethical Audits
- Operational knowledge of ammonia plant refrigeration
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work overtime and alternative week-end
- Valid driver’s license
