We are seeking a Senior Kitchen Designer with a refined design sensibility, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to manage high-end residential projects from concept through to completion. You'll work directly with elite clients, architects, and premium suppliers, designing kitchens that are both high-functioning and visually exceptional.
This is a senior role, suited to an individual who can confidently own client relationships, lead detailed technical design, and oversee project execution within a luxury environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of fully bespoke kitchen concepts
- Meet directly with high-net-worth clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations for approval and fabrication
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and premium appliance suppliers
- Oversee project timelines and ensure smooth execution from design to installation
- Stay current with the latest international kitchen trends, finishes, appliances, and technologies
- Ensure all designs reflect both world-class quality and the brand's signature design philosophy
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in high-end kitchen design
- Strong portfolio showcasing custom, luxury residential kitchens
- Advanced technical knowledge of cabinetry, finishes, appliances, and space planning
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, Revit)
- Polished client-facing communication and presentation skills
- A keen eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to design excellence
- Confident managing projects independently while collaborating with an experienced design team
