Job Summary Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor of Technology Degree or a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering. Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist or qualify to register with ECSA within the next 6 months. Must have 5-8 years of experience in the design of infrastructure, contract management, quality monitoring, and project management. Must have good communication skills.
