Senior Business Analyst - Finance

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Document and translate requirements into clear specifications for the delivery team.
• Analyse finance systems, accounting structures, and business rules.
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Assist testing teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet expectations.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to drive consensus.
• Track and communicate progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• A 3-year degree in a relevant financial, technical, or analytical field.
• Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI or equivalent).
• 6+ years’ experience in business analysis, ideally within financial services or payments.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills – able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
• SQL/database querying knowledge is advantageous.
