- On receipt of the job pack, the employee should do material take-off.
- Notify the relevant personnel promptly should any special work be required for a specific job, such as machining, painting etc.
- Assisting with Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Receiving materials and checking against purchase orders and drawings
- Help to ensure a safe work environment.
- Report any personnel who are not working safely to management.
- Housekeeping
- Keep track of current stock levels.
- Notify the relevant personnel if stock levels are running low.
- Book out stock and help dispatch spares. GRV’s (Good requisitions and goods received)
- Packaging of spares & stock
- Driver – at least Code 8
- Forklift driver – favourable consideration would be given if the candidate has forklift driving experience or a current forklift operator ID card.
- Stock Take
- Assist with re-ordering of Stock
