- Must be confident in MS Excel (be able to put in formulas if necessary)
- MS Word – good knowledge
- MS Power Point - basic knowledge
- Outlook/emails – a lot of communication with customers and suppliers is done via email. Need excellent written communication skills and spelling and use of correct words is imperative
- Be able to do reconciliations
- Invoices and delivery notes in Excel
- Purchase orders to suppliers in Excel
- Filing
- Book collections with Freight Forwarders and Couriers
- Receive deliveries from Freight Forwarders and Couriers
- Allocate the boxes to the correct customer
- Check the correct item has been dispatched
- Capture Serial Numbers
- Send out to customers
- Common Sense/ Be able to think for themselves
- Attention to Detail/ Independent worker
- Good communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Needs to be able to speak, write, understand English.
- Must be able to be flexible and willing and able to learn new tasks
- Own transport – safe parking is available
