Job Description :A global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, is seeking a dynamic Retail Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to lead and grow key retail accounts in South Africa. This strategic leadership role will drive client engagement, spearhead digital transformation, and deliver business outcomes by leveraging world-class services and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth & Business Development· Own and grow a multi-million-dollar retail account portfolio· Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across service lines· Develop industry-relevant go-to-market offerings in Retail· Define and manage the overall account strategy, planning, and forecasting· Drive innovation by advising clients on industry trends and emerging technologiesClient Engagement & Relationship Management· Act as the Executive Sponsor and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders (C-level and Board)· Lead complex digital transformation initiatives and legacy modernization programs· Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and continuous value delivery· Coordinate delivery across service lines ensuring alignment to client expectationsTeam Leadership & Delivery Oversight· Lead and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team (25–50+ resources across locations)· Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and high morale· Collaborate with delivery and solutions teams to ensure seamless execution· Build capability and solution assets tailored to the retail sectorRequirements· 8+ years in technology and solution sales, with hands-on experience across the SDLC· 8+ years in client/account management, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment· Proven P&L ownership and successful management of accounts ≥ $5M annually· Deep domain knowledge and client relationships within the Retail sector· Executive-level presence and proven ability to engage with CXO and Board-level stakeholders· Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and strategic selling skills· Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation, ERP, CRM, Cloud, Omnichannel, and Data Analytics initiatives· Experience managing global delivery teams and cross-border client engagementsApply Now and be part of a future-ready organization driving digital change across Africa and beyond.
