- Lead the design and implementation of organisational structures, reporting lines, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current organisational structures, roles, and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and propose innovative organisational design solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and consultations with key stakeholders to gather insights and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Support change management initiatives associated with organisational restructuring.
- Prepare detailed reports, frameworks, and recommendations for senior management and project teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented design improvements to ensure continuous optimisation.
- B Degree in Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or relevant field aligned with organisational design scope.
- Advanced understanding of organisational design principles, business process improvement, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in designing organisational structures for large or complex organisations.
- Proficiency with organisational design tools, process mapping, and data analysis techniques.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in organisational design, business process improvement, or related consulting roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading organisational design projects and delivering measurable business improvements.
