- Develop Brand, PR management strategies to build brand power and support brand financial targets
- Drive compelling creative development of communication assets and best practices
- Manage social media ecosystem for consistency, cut-through
- Drive market automation - personalised data communication
- Market data and trend analysis including consumer insights to influence strategy
- Understanding the Restaurant/Franchisor environment
- Leveraging the right communication channels in terms of traditional and digital marketing
- Project management
- Agency and Service provider management (day to day running and legal agreements)
- Budgeting and forecasting - fiscal discipline.
- Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years on the job experience
- Prior experience within a similar role – a plus
- At home using technology tools like MS Teams, Magnetic Traffic tool, etc.
- Curious by nature and keep connected with what happens in the world around you
- A fan of the brand
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and are strong in presenting
- Possess strong influencing skills and are good at negotiation
- Able to work well with diverse people and teams
- Display evidence-based decision making and analytical problem-solving
- Attention to detail with strong project management ability, able to run multiple projects simultaneously
