Requirements:
Minimum: Matric.
  • Prior experience in tele sales or internal sales is essential.
  • Debt counselling knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent spoken communication with a natural ability to influence and persuade.
  • Clear and professional written communication; native English fluency is essential.
  • Skilled in active listening and quickly establishing rapport with others.
  • Strong focus on customer needs, paired with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Well-organized and reliable with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Goal-driven and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Call and follow up with leads generated through inbound sources (website, ads, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable information on products or services.
  • Qualify leads and update CRM with accurate customer details and call outcomes.
  • Persuade and guide prospects towards conversions (sales, appointments, or sign-ups).
  • Maintain daily/weekly lead call targets, conversion ratios, and follow-up schedules.
  • Handle sales queries, objections, and escalate complex cases to Management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and always maintain professionalism.
  • Work closely with Management / Team Leader to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
