- Prior experience in tele sales or internal sales is essential.
- Debt counselling knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken communication with a natural ability to influence and persuade.
- Clear and professional written communication; native English fluency is essential.
- Skilled in active listening and quickly establishing rapport with others.
- Strong focus on customer needs, paired with a solution-driven mindset.
- Well-organized and reliable with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable using basic computer programs, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Goal-driven and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Call and follow up with leads generated through inbound sources (website, ads, campaigns, referrals, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable information on products or services.
- Qualify leads and update CRM with accurate customer details and call outcomes.
- Persuade and guide prospects towards conversions (sales, appointments, or sign-ups).
- Maintain daily/weekly lead call targets, conversion ratios, and follow-up schedules.
- Handle sales queries, objections, and escalate complex cases to Management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and always maintain professionalism.
- Work closely with Management / Team Leader to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
