Overview:Join a dynamic team that designs, builds, and supports SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. Should be able to understand and have in depth knowledge of the SharePoint/M365 architecture and its interdependencies and configurations.The role will involve a considerable and detailed amount of communication with different departments of the organization and ability to suggest and implement solutions and automations for simplifying several business processes.You would also need to actively engage during integration activities and would need to be part of planning and execution of migration of different environments/entities like Teams, One Drive, SharePoint across different data sources like cloud tenants, on premise servers, file shares, etc., as per different business scenarios.Responsibilities:
  • Work with day-to-day admin activities around SharePoint, One Drives, Teams.
  • Work closely with the business and users across different departments across the organization to understand and gather requirements, suggest solutions and work on planning and implementation of several business requirements.
  • Work with other teams during integration and lead the migration activities for SharePoint, One Drive, Teams and M365 groups
  • Support and train junior members of the team and assist in up skilling.
  • Work on automations and solutions using Power Platform to simplify existing business processes
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working on SharePoint and 2+ years with Power Platform.
  • Admin experience:
  • Experience working on admin activities on SharePoint online or on premise or both.
  • Experience with working on PowerShell with SharePoint modules like PnP, CSOM and SharePoint online management shell
  • In depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture and different features from the admin point of standpoint.
  • Migrations experience:
  • Experience in integrations using any of the migration tools like (ShareGate, AvePoint, SharePoint migration tool, others.)
  • Experience in writing scripts to automate migrations.
  • Having experience with multiple migration environments like On Prem, online/cloud, File Share, Teams, One Drives, etc.
  • Power Platform, automations & integrations
  • Experience with working on Power Apps with Canvas apps (and Model drive apps is a plus)
  • Experience in designing and building Power Automate flows and experience in integrating with different systems
  • Knowledge on REST or Graph APIs and integration knowledge between SharePoint and other systems (optional).
  • Any certifications in the above areas are a plus
  • High level of verbal & written communication skills.
  • A capacity for working with minimal supervision in complex projects with considerable responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Science or Software Engineering or Electronics and Communication preferred.
