  • Full P&L responsibility for the region
  • Reviewing all key metrics frequently to understand the health of the business
  • Manage the 'country team” including dedicated acquisition, conversion, retention and VIP resources
  • Manage, plan and execute all marketing & sales activities for the local markets to maximise ROI on marketing and media budgets. Evaluate and follow-up on said deals, partnerships, and ongoing and after campaigns
  • Work across the whole player/user journey, establishing effective continuous improvement initiatives to drive acquisition and conversion efficiency, player onboarding, retention, and yield
  • Liaising with the Acquisition team to develop commercial relationships with potential acquisition partners, including, but not limited to, affiliates and media groups specific to South Africa – monitoring key metrics such as customers acquired, cost per acquisition, and return on investment
  • Provide insight into the local market and competitors. This will include analysis of the proposition of our key competitors, understanding the gaps, insight into price competitiveness, etc.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting for your territory across key customer and business metrics
Requirements for this Country Manager job in South Africa (Remote):
  • Willing to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic
  • At least 3 years of online gaming experience in a Brand Manager, Marketing, Business or CRM management role
  • Excellent knowledge of South African gaming marketing
  • Strong online/digital marketing experience and knowledge base
  • Good management accounting and reporting skills
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Must be able to drive teams to deliver targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Ability to understand and interpret financials for the business and plan required actions
