- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
- Assist the buying team by raising purchase orders and communicating with suppliers
- Track incoming and outgoing materials in coordination with the yard and operations teams
- Support internal reporting and maintain stock or pricing records as needed
- Manage phone and email communications professionally and promptly
- Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth information flow
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Willing to learn and support the buying function over time
