Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
  • Assist the buying team by raising purchase orders and communicating with suppliers
  • Track incoming and outgoing materials in coordination with the yard and operations teams
  • Support internal reporting and maintain stock or pricing records as needed
  • Manage phone and email communications professionally and promptly
  • Liaise with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth information flow
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Willing to learn and support the buying function over time
