Job Description
  • Executive Support
o Manage and coordinate the CFVO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism.
o Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and minutes for executive engagements.
  • Financial Administration
o Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis using relevant financial software.
o Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial documentation
  • General Administration
o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance and executive teams.
o Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Payments & Petty Cash Management
o Oversee petty cash disbursements and ensure timely and accurate reconciliation.
o Facilitate payment authorizations in line with internal controls.Skills

QualificationsMinimum:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

Advantageous:
  • Prior experience in a digitalized finance environment
  • Experience supporting a senior manager/s
  • Skilled in preparing executive-level presentations (especially PowerPoint)
