- Manage and optimize Active Directory environments, including domains, Azure Connect, trusts, replication, and Group Policy.
- Implement security best practices within Active Directory to control user access and permissions.
- Utilize Hyper-V for virtual machine management and virtualization tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory and Microsoft Server-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Setup and manage VPN connections.
- Configure and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for user authentication and identity synchronization.
- Monitor and analyze IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud services.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
- Manage Windows Servers (both on-premises and cloud) to ensure regular updates and adherence to security standards.
- Automate routine tasks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate effectively with IT team members and other departments.
- Stay informed about evolving cyber threats and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, along with relevant Microsoft certifications.
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Server and a strong expertise in Hyper-V.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory administration, security best practices, and experience at a senior level with multiple platforms such as Hyper-V, VMware, AD, Intune, and Veeam
- Extensive experience in building, troubleshooting, configuring, and monitoring servers, with a particular emphasis on virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with security solutions such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and endpoint security.
