PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo capture and match all overhead creditors invoices into the company system – training provided.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capturing invoices
Accurately detecting and reporting of discrepancies
Handling queries
Filing invoices
Ad hoc reporting

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 (with Accounting)
Relevant experience tertiary qualification (Finance related) will be an advantage
1 year clerical experience in a finance department will be an advantage
Computer Literacy (MS Office and/or G Suite)
Bilingual (English and another 2nd language)
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
