We are seeking fluent Hindi speakers to join our hybrid chat and email support team. In this role, you will handle customer queries in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner all from the comfort of your home.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat and email in Hindi (and English when required)
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional written communication
- Log all interactions in the company CRM system
- Follow standard operating procedures and meet performance targets
- Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous chat/email support or customer service experience is an advantage
- Location: Work from home / Hybrid (South Africa-based applicants only)
- Hours: Full-time shifts, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends if required)
