Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that aligns with MBA Inc.’s vision and growth objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on all matters relating to marketing, communications and brand positioning.
- Champion MBA Inc.’s corporate identity and brand, ensuring consistent application across all platforms and initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Lead MBA Inc.’s digital presence, including social media, website and online brand positioning.
- Monitor, analyse and report on marketing effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Introduce and implement innovative marketing technologies and approaches to enhance visibility and market share.
- Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, professional content (digital, print, and video).
- Ensure consistent, timely and impactful communication of internal and external announcements, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Uphold MBA Inc.’s reputation through thought leadership and targeted content strategies.
- Lead the planning, organisation and execution of corporate events, seminars and brand activations.
- Collaborate with department heads and attorneys to provide marketing support for business development initiatives.
- Manage external agencies, service providers and strategic partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification advantageous).
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
- Strong track record in brand management, marketing strategy development and digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, leading teams and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
- Experience within professional services (law, finance, consulting) will be highly advantageous.
- Strategic thinker with strong business and commercial acumen.
- Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, CRM and analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and content development abilities.
- Ability to influence at senior levels, drive initiatives, and build lasting relationships.
- Visionary, innovative, and results oriented.
- Highly organised and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects.
