- As our Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be the lead architect and engineer of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will not just write code; you will set the standard.
- Architect & Forge: Go beyond drag-and-drop. You will design and build sophisticated, scalable solutions from the ground up using your deep mastery of Apex, Omni Script, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Translate Vision into Reality: Act as the crucial bridge between business strategy and technical execution. You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to transform ambitious requirements into high-performing, elegant systems within Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Command the Full Lifecycle: From the initial spark of an idea through to deployment and continuous enhancement, you will lead the charge, ensuring best practices in DevOps, version control (Git), and automated testing are not just followed, but also championed.

- 6+ years of deep, hands-on Salesforce development experience, proving you have seen it all and built it all.
- Full-Stack Fluency: You are equally comfortable crafting a pixel-perfect LWC front-end as you are architecting a complex back-end Apex trigger framework.
- Core Salesforce Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, OmniScript, and Flow.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience navigating the intricacies of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
- Modern Architectures: Microservices & Event-Driven Patterns.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS or Azure.
- DevOps & Deployment: Containerization (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Data Prowess: Advanced SQL and NoSQL database optimization.
