We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester.You'll play a key role in testing hardware and software, identifying issues, and ensuring product quality across our mobile and web platforms. This is a great opportunity to grow your QA skills in a hands-on, collaborative environment.𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Test mobile devices for hardware/software functionality and compatibility.
Report and track defects, assisting in bug investigations.
Test firmware updates and new hardware for integration with our software suite.
Assist in QA testing for mobile apps and web portals.
Work closely with QA, R&D, and Development teams in agile sprints.
Document testing results and maintain hardware compatibility records.
Provide internal product support when needed.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Basic understanding of software/hardware testing.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
ISTQB/SASTQB certification (advantageous).
Prior experience in QA or IT (advantageous).
