- Grade 12 with Agricultural qualification will be an advantage
- 1 - 3 years experience in agricultural sales
- Developing a deep understanding of various fertilizer products, their compositions, benefits, and application methods
- Identifying potential customers, building relationships, and understanding their specific crop and soil needs
- Using your fertilizer expertise to recommend suitable products and application strategies that align with the customer's agricultural goals
- Conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of different fertilizer products to potential customers
- Coordinating fertilizer orders, ensuring accurate quantities and delivery schedules are met
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Developing cost estimates and proposals for fertilizer programs tailored to customers' crop needs and budgets
- Generating reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights for management's analysis
