
Regional Supervisor – Data Centre Managed Services (MS)

- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise daily operations across six data center sites.
- Monitor critical infrastructure systems (HVAC, Electrical, UPS, Generators, etc.) for performance and compliance.
- Vendor & Team Management:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of on-site technical teams and Level 3 support vendors.
- Ensure SLA adherence for response times, fault resolution, and preventive maintenance.
- Review vendor performance and escalate issues where necessary.
- Fault & Incident Management:
- Oversee fault detection, escalation, and resolution processes.
- Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed incident and fault logs.
- Preventive & Planned Maintenance (PPM):
- Develop and implement PPM schedules for all disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, UPS, Generator, etc.).
- Ensure timely execution of PPM activities and proper documentation.
- Coordinate vendor access and supervise critical maintenance work.
- Reporting & Compliance:
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and incidents.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Data Centre / Critical Facility management or technical supervision.
- Proven technical knowledge of HVAC, UPS systems, Generators, Electrical (AC & DC) systems.
- Experience with managed services environments and multi-site operations.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and fault management protocols.
- Experience in vendor management and team supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across remote sites.
- Excellent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; exposure to CMMS/BMS systems is advantageous.
- Effective communication and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Valid Driver's License - frequent travel to sites required.
- Ability to work extended hours or respond to after-hours incidents when necessary.
