- 10+ years’ sales or business development experience in mechanical/ equipment markets.
- Strong technical knowledge of motors and variable speed drives.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of local and international industrial markets.
- Exposure to OEM and project-based sales environments.
- Pre-sales product selection and after-sales support expertise.
- Competence in preparing sales forecasts, call plans, and performance reports.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
